 Operational Management

R.C. Hamilton & Associates specializes in smaller, older and townhouse condominiums of one-hundred and fewer units. These are the communities that can benefit most from our 100% online records management policy. All full service management packages include free access to the Community’s dedicated SharePoint Portal, with sections of interest for each constituency.

 Bookkeeping

R.C. Hamilton & Associates provides portal-based bookkeeping services for self and independently managed condominiums throughout Ontario. Financial statements are posted on or before the 15th day of each month. Date-stamped audit, contract and unit records are available on the portal at all times. We are also available to assist the Board with Budget Preparation.

 Project Management

R.C. Hamilton & Associates has qualified project management personnel on staff, ready to help you convert your Reserve Fund Study into a fully articulated project plan. Once we’ve helped you plan the work, we’ll help you (and your or engineer) work the plan; with living updates, twenty-first century technical document management, rigorous contract management, and site supervision as required.
